One would have to assume to prove the theory you would also not be able to move and therefore disturb the dust? I doubt its true as skin makes up most of the dust and you would still be sheding skin

When I was single, I used to work on the principle that if I was disgusted with the state of the house, then it was time to do something about it.

PS If you are a smoker and leave the net curtains up long enough, they turn a delightful beige colour and are capable of standing up by themselves when you eventually take them down.

Well I have no lawn - my back garden is paved over (and only 25 ft square!) and I do everything else myself - hence the decorating I started 3 weeks ago is still 'ongoing'
(Although someone has been helping me of late - thanks for doing the kitchen floor Paul!)
