Re: [Merged] Free stuff on the web
Got my cancellation email, mailed them back questioning the legality of them cancelling all orders, spouting off a load of carp - and recieved this ;
Quote:
Dear Mr Harwood
Thank you for your e-mail regarding your recent order 171655.
Please accept my apologies for the delay in replying to you and for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Unfortunately I am unable to supply you with the link that was made available to you at the time of ordering your headset. The link should not have been available and resulted in a large number of fraudulent orders for BT communicator headsets. We are now investigating all orders for authenticity. This has however lead to all orders being cancelled.
I do apologise and would ask if you would be so kind as to contact our BT communicator helpdesk on 0870 242 0635, any of the the advisors at this helpdesk will be more than happy to provide you with another discount code to enable you to place your order again with discount.
If however you should have any further queries please do not hesitate to contact us again via e-mail.
Thank you for contacting BT.
Yours sincerely,
Lorraine Smyth

**just realised how cheap I sound Oh well

Re: [Merged] Free stuff on the web
I don't know where I saw the link for a Haliborange sample, but it arrived yesterday.
Or should I say the jiffy bag & "here is your sample" letter did.
The sample itself was missing
