Eldest is a bit of a tight so-and-so.He's now sporting a Help for Heroes wristband. Good Man.
Now - the window cleaner has a whole back tattoo in honour of a fallen mate, beautifully done but eldest's band made me pleased. So I'm wondering why I don't have one myself.

We have elderly neighbours and we watch out for them and last Christmas there daughter came in with a box of chocolates to say thanks for watching out for her parents all year. It was a total shock as they are so nice and we just do it as Its what being a good neighbour is all about.

My happy thought is that today was my first day free of pain for the last three days and was even able to get out and not have to take pain killers. It felt so so good |
