"definitely" ---does not sound like an opinion to me, more like a statement of fact.
This was about the atheist ad:
Quote:
"The ASA council concluded that the ad was an expression of the advertiser's opinion and that the claims in it were not capable of objective substantiation," said the ASA. "Although the ASA acknowledges that the content of the ad would be at odds with the beliefs of many, it concluded that it was unlikely to mislead or to cause serious or widespread offence."
I don't believe there is a god but can i say for certain there isn't no i can't anymore then someone can say there definately is it is an unknown that comes down to personal choice. Both sides are valid in this debate and neither side has any higher ground on which to look down on the other side or devalue their choice in this so disagree on the debate but please lets all respect the views we each hold rather then ridicule one side or the other.
I think personally all of this is a waste of money whatever side chooses to do it and i am sure both sides could find a better use for the money but at the end of the day it is upto them i personally have never bought anything or paid any attention to what is on the side of a bus and i doubt many others do really.
People will be people though and there are always some in the world that can't be contented in letting others choose and feel they have to influence people to their side all the time i find it is better to pay such people little attention and continue on making up my own mind based on my own personal experiences.
