They never said that they would have all existing customers installed. They will get as many installs done before the full launch happens and it becomes available to everyone.

But you would expect them to get through all the people who took the time to pre register.

Re: TiVo
I reckon Cable Forum members should get them after VM staff as we take the most interest in what VM are up to.....................so there.

Not good enough
They should get through all those who pre registered before opening it out to anyone else
Unless they give me one first then I don't care

Re: TiVo
I've built a cardboard placebo Tivo remote and mailed it to myself. Oh the joy when it came through the post. I then went online to claim my free for life Tivo. The lady in the bikini told me I was one of the lucky ones and that I would be getting it for free.............oh hang on................that's another website

I have not ordered one as I do not feel the need for one as my V+ suffices.

But.....if you've actually entered your mobile number on the registration form, Virgin will attempt to call you back on that number.......right? Regardless of if your mobile number is on your account via calling 150

Belts and braces approach is a good thing but according to previous posters the are no notes or footsteps in the accounts so they may just be using the registration forms numbers.

Would be nice, out working most of the day.
Hell, my mobile rang at work today, I thought "YES! THIS IS IT! THE PHONE CALL I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR!" ....turned out to be an employment agency wondering if I was still looking for work.
