Re: General TiVo Discussion Part 2
Has anyone heard anything more on the offers that are meant to be coming for existing multiroom customers?

I've heard nothing. DF seemed to indicate they may not come immediately.

I notice you failed to address the guide replay issue which is causing a lot concern. Could we have some advice please and less of the sarcasm?

My epg didnt work fully in rewind mode until I had actually had it for 7 days. That seemed to fill the database properly and allowed the catch-up channels to launch from the epg, without searching catchup menu again. Of course this dosnt work with any programmes on BBC channels yet. Man City supporter here so very HAPPY today.

John

One person was given a free upgrade from 10meg to 20meg. Don't expect that to happen if you are already on 20meg though as they would need to send out new kit for the next tier.

DF, where are when we need you.?

I can only go back maybe a day before it starts freezing on the same programmes no matter how much further back you go. Installed on Fri. Not sure if that's the problem you're asking about
If it's to view catchup, then if I click on a programme to catchup it only takes me to the main catchup page, not to the programme

Agree with that mobile apps are great to complement your TV service.

Thanks for your response. That is exactly the problem we are experiencing.
