As usual, not a word from Virgin that it was coming or about subscription details. It wouldn't suprise me if people would be ringing up and customer advisors know nothing about it.

Virgin don't really make any announcements before any channels are added to the EPG , guess a press release will be released soon.

I just rang up and spoke to an Indian man who knew nothing about it. He put me on hold twice while he looked into it.
He then said he had activated it but he told me it's £7 a month not £4. So far, its not showing at all on my 360 box. What's going on here?

 | There is discussion going on on the community forum. Other people are ringing up & being told £7 a month on Ultimate Volt. People on other packages are being quoted more.

If you don't it's £7 to add just Sky Sports UHD and £10 for both Sky Sports UHD and Sky Cinema & Entertainment UHD.

 | That's strange,I have Ulimate volt with Sky Cinema/ Entertainment and before he put it through, he told me that it would be £7

That was 2 hours ago and it's not showing on my 360 box yet

The current 'Sky Cinema and Sky Entertainment UHD' pick is £6 per month, so if they are adding an extra £4 to this for Sky Sports in UHD, making it £10 per month in total, that's actually pretty good value. I think the equivalent on Sky Q is £12 per month.
