2mb to 10 mb and then back!

3 days ago i upgraded my speed from 2mb to 10 mb online and they sent the config file to my modem which worked.
I was getting 5-6 mb download speeds so i rebooted the modem (Terayon 210) and now i`m back to the 2 mb package.
I think it has picked up the 2mb config file again.
If i try and upgrade online again it tells me there is a problem.
Is this a case for cs? Or can someone here help me if i pm them my acc details.?
Many thanks.

budwieser.

talk to the NTL Tech Support 0871 225 1111. could be a technical issue. If they advice you to talk to cmc care then you can have a word with them.
