Are we long time NTL customers going to get left behind when the 2Mb - 4Mb upgrade comes about? They've mentioned all the latest modems but just put a little side note about the 100 and 120. So are we gonna have to wait longer than everyone else?
Also, is there anyway I can get my modem changed (or "upgraded")
There is nothing for customers to do with their equipment or service †“ ntl is performing all the necessary changes to enable the speed increases.
