Ntl Sucks - Page 3

hahahah you think i am the only person who used them for over this long and thought what I thought...

I think there are many more people like me out there but because they want to keep their same phone number or just purely too lazy to change over they just pay up every month.

Believe me I have tried to leave a few times before but they dont accept cancellation over the phone they want you to write in via post or in my case just stop direct debit.

Its called accepting their problems and letting things be unchanged hoping things will change and become better - this is ultlimatley the reason for 3 years of service and I am sure there are lots of silent users out there who have been doing the same said thing.

Well, if you've accepted the problems, what's the point in beefing about it?

AHHH My point it to spread the WORD

To Market NTL the best way I have been tought by NTL

NTL truely SUCKS and I am gonna make sure you all know about it the ones that have used them and the ones who never used them well DONT !

this is my whole point of this post

I am passing on good knowledge dont diss it

But you're not passing on good knowledge - what you're doing is criticising a service that you have received for the last 3 years (and presumably have been happy to pay for), but have now decided that you're going to complain about to all and sundry, even to the point of ignoring anyone who hasn't had problems with ntl.

Most people on this forum already have their own established opinions of ntl. Don't give up the day job. Scaring billy goats on their journey or whatever.

and as it stands none of you have had anything to say to justify that NTL does not suck Case closed thankyou !

Yes appreciate some of you havent had any problems - maybe your speaking way too early as yet maybe you just need to give it a little more time hahaha

Why would the opinions of someone called 'naughty customer' be enough to put someone off using ntl? TBH, the way you've come across here wouldn't make me think that ntl has widespread problems, just that you've got a huge grudge

Besides the whole point of forums like this is for people to discuss their difficulties issues that they had with their providers so it is out in the open and everyone is aware of their slyness !

Not to insult those honest comment makers on their bad expeirence

No. It'll take them half an hour to decipher your posts, by that time they'd have probably made their minds up without your influence anyway. Besides, anyone stupid enough to make their minds up about choosing an ISP just by reading a post from one disgruntled customer really shouldn't be in charge of a PC by themselves in the first place....

I had ntl services for two and a half years. The tv was fine, my interactive worked, and my telephone service was good. So there, they don't suck.

I've not had any trouble and thats with being a TV customer for 8 years and broadband for 4, in that time I've had to have 1 engineer visit to replace the broadband modem and thats it.

So I've had my broadband for longer than you with no problems so judging by your schoolyard logic Ntl are great

My difficulties will be shared with all those other poor people sharing the same exchange except they probably dont have a voice and cant express themselves or dont know about such forums

anyhow re read my last post - since I thought the point of forum like this was about expressing issues with providers so it is out in the open and everyone is aware how good or bad providers treat customer base
