yep rebooted the modem and pc's tried connecting direct to the modem rather than through the router... rebooted the router... phoned NTL and they have no idea what it is ... i have done tracert and it stops at win-bb-b-so-300-0.inet.ntl.com (hop 6) doesnt matter that ip i try ALL stop at the same place, so it seems something is a bit of a miss at their end
engineers have been informed and im in Basingstoke too... i suggest that anyone else from Basingstoke also phones them maybe they might get it sorted quicker as im sure they think its just me :P
oh and DNS is set to auto
