wireless webcams?
I was fooling about with a webcam and remote access. I was wondering if there was any sort of product (eg wireless) that would enable you to place the/a camera in various places - eg move it about without a wire. I was going to try and look out of the window of one house while I was at work similar to what bender did in a different thread and a couple of other ideas for a laugh

Re: wireless webcams?
The Linksys one looks good. It acts as its own web server, so assuming you have wi-fi in your home network you can see the picture from any browser.
I really want one too !
Aria.net do a cheap one for £40, but not sure of quality compared to the linksys one.

Re: wireless webcams?
I use one of these. You do need a graphics card with a composite input and software such as webcam xp but it works well and is very portable.
Can be used in remote control cars and even attached to cats (shh dont tell the rspca )

It will be on your graphics card or tv card and will be a Yellow phono socket. Like the one on the right side of this pic.
