MP3 Players
I`ve been trawling through good old e-bay in hunt of one that i can use in the car. But from reading rather a lot of reviews, i`m still stumped as to what to get. It seems what ever the make and model, people who have one either love it or think it`s a piece of crap. So................
If you have one, what is it and how do you like it?

Re: MP3 Players
if you dont want to use the MP3 player anywhere else, why not get a car stereo that will read MP3's stored on a CD - less cluter in the cars (i.e. cables etc.) ?? Most do this now I belive and you might be able to pick one up for the same price as a dedicated MP3 player.

I have tried this solution, but when i lived in london finding a frequency that wasn't in use either by a local radio station or a pirate was a pain in the bum. Particularly on long journeys i found it was necessary to keep retuning to find a free frequency.
Plus it is illegal to broadcast on FM in the UK without a license

They've just done a new release of their software, not sure if it's improved, I've not installed it yet. Tend to use the MP3 uploader on my new Sony MP3 player, but it looksn like they've unlocked some of the features on the new Hi-MD players - and about time too!

Yes, I'd noticed that, and no, I haven't installed it either
Past experience doesn't fill with me confidence
