How long will 75gb cap last with Google announcing online video

2006 will be the year of online on-demand video content.

Can the 75gb cap really remain in place with the increasing number of these services? I think if NTL want to keep their customers they will have no choice but to increase the cap.

So are you saying that you cannot download this content on a 2 meg unlimited connection ?. I have signed up for and i am using very successfully the Sky By Broadband system on a 2 meg connection, Looking at the Google system it's more or less the same.

Of course it can be done on the 2mb connection... but i should be offered the same options to download content on the most expensive tier. And besides, the 10mb line offers more in the way of on-demand, in that getting your content downloaded is much quicker.

We already have a Cap Discussion thread running here: http://www.cableforum.co.uk/board/sh...ad.php?t=39597

It's called "All ntl Cap Discussion in here" for a reason.

Thread Closed.
