Re: ntl slow again!
yeh was having the same problems yesterday, and about 3 other people with ntl in my area. clearly the problem from a few weeks ago has not been fixed, getting annoying, and the net is starting to slow up again this afternoon. not very impressed.

im hitting pings of 3000 now
tried rebooting STB even left it off for 5 mins!
god damit ntl this is getting anoying
Im getting download speeds of 10kbs, this service is a joke, im better of using AOL DIALUP!
i paied for a service and i EXPECT it to be working when i need it. Hell NTL dont even keep us enformed about this, would acturly be nice to see a service page for ALL Proxy servers!

Re: ntl slow again!
If its Proxy servers that are the trouble there are plenty of resources on this site to help you change to a different one.

First I do not know about the history BUT if you have not called CS ntl will not be able to fix this fault you are having try ringing them in the morning, I know it can be annoying but keep on there backs if it does not get fixed ask for compo as they are not providing service that you are paying for. Then take it a step further either go to another isp or go to oftel.
