Hi
I have had the same problem and have just received this from NTL,
Thank you for your recent e-mail query.

The problems to which you refer are down to the Mac addresses of the new
ntl:250 modems not being recognised by Broadband Plus, and as such not
recognising you as being a Broadband Plus subscriber when you attempt to log
in.

This has been escalated and we are waiting for confirmation that this has
been resolved. Unfortunately we do not have a time frame as to when this
will be resolved at present.

250 modems cannot access BB+ at the moment, according to server status page

Unfortunately in my case this is not the problem as I have a 120.
