Webspace / FTP
Hi sorry for asking such noobie questions.
Im a ntl bb customer just wanted to know what im entitled to in the way of webspace / ftp access from ntl?
Are the services free? also do you have the links needed to login to webspace / ftp?

Hi
you get 55MB of space
the server is 'upload.ntlworld.com'
you will need the original username & password assigned to you by NTL when you first signed up, to login & access the space.
You will need a file called 'index.html' in the root, which should contain the 'first page' of your site.
Once established the space is accessible via
http://homepage.ntlworld.com/username
- oh and it is a 'free' feature of NTL's internet connection, they just don't guarantee to support it

I recommend downloading Filezilla, Its free to download/
It uses drag and drop windows like windows explorer
