tv lag

hi ,
my tv keeps laging the sound is ok but the pic is a bit slower then it jumps to the right speed .
any one know why? and if i have to ring CS to get it fixed .
i am in kt12 if that helps

i have some coming on MONDAY 4pm to 8 pm .

there is a network prob with all dig tv .

but it is just showing on my samsung box and not my pace STB so that is odd so i get some out to fix it .

Are you Langley or Bromley?

If Langley, what software version are you on (accessed via pg up, pg down, blue)? I have had my Samsung go to sleep (stop listening to the remote) far more often since I got L3.3

I have exactly the same problem since my Samsung upgraded.
I also seem to have a few more picture stutters and momentary blackouts too.

i can not see any thing saying what version i am on .
but 1st line is

iEPG version iEPG 4.1 b76

yes i to get probs with the remote as well ,

but the tv pic going slow then quick is fun at 1st then it makes you mad .

That's a bit of an extreme way of avoiding freezing piccies

I've not noticed the freezing problem today, but last night ITV was jumping about. Must agree with Samsung remote going to sleep bit though. I can live with it - It's like the old Pace STB used to be
