10 meg - what to do with that extra bandwidth

OK - lighthearted thread - if this shouldn't belong here can someone move.

So - now we have all this extra bandwidth - what are we actually going to do with it??

For my part - Napster is gonna be hit like it's never been hit before!!!

Thumbs up Re: 10 meg - what to do with that extra bandwidth

Had a up-grade of sorts - around 5Mb. Not complaining. Enjoyed the Family Guy clip And the Quick Time Trailers, especially King Kong in HD, you can actually count the hairs!

Re: 10 meg - what to do with that extra bandwidth

Running speed tests
Watching P2P tv streams of live prem footie matches from china
Running speed tests
Connecting a nice shiny IP phone
Running speed tests
Telling them adsl users that i have a 10mb conneciton and sticking my tongue out
Running speed tests
Pointing at my 512k upstream and laughing at adsl users
Running Speed tests
Read about how people are only getting 6mbit connections and mumbling something that rhymes with bad thankers
Did i mention running speed tests ?
now with my 10mb conneciton with uber upload i can email ntl about 4 million times an hour asking for a 20mb connection
