The ntl system was updated for the new service last night, but as I said, it's not an automatic update at the moment.

So would that "BUND03" option still be 3mbit?

Although, If I go through the online speed upgrade process, instead of an option called "ntl: 3 Mbps Broadband Internet Service" (which it was called last night) It's now coming up with "BUND03 Service". Not sure if that means anything...
same here mate, I'm offered either

"Broadband Service Select Service

ntl: 2 Mbps Broadband Internet Service £24.99

BUND03 Service"

and the bund03 service has a radio button but no price!

That message changed in the last hour or so

Just letting you folks know
The NTL homepage has always had that message here since the last package change!, 1mb,2mb,3mb . Anyway How can you upgrade when you already have to top connection!!!. If my memory serves me right when they last change the packages, It was this Page that Changed http://www.ntlworld.com/toolsservices/tiermigration/ Before ANYthing happened, They Dont just stick speeds up without telling anyone.

Maybe that's because the 3mbits is no longer available, it's now 10 ?

I think you've hit the nail on the head...

it's the internal code bundle01, bundle02 or bundle03 for each of the 3 tiers and as the top tier is now either 3meg or 10meg it's not been able to replace the internal code with a user friendly description indicating if you're able to upgrade to 3meg or 10meg because work is in progress.
