Freeview listings.

I am trying to find an online page of the latest freeview channels together with channel numbers to print out for my mum.
I used to get them from dtg.org.uk but they now link to the main freeview.co.uk pages which give you lots of lovely icons for each channel but don't seem to have a simple printable list.
