beneficial disposal of old kit ?

Hi,

I'm based in southern England and I'm looking for a company/charity that can take old computer equipment.

I would like the computers to be re-used where possible rather than be scrapped.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks!

You could allways try the local colleges, they normally struggle for old pc's to teach building, upgrade and repairs

There's a few charities etc we use at work (LEA). I'll try to remember to check them out tomorrow.

If you have licenses for the software on it etc, you may also find that your local comunity groups, brownies, guides, scouts etc may be in need of a good working system.

Play Groups and Pre-schools are usually pleased to upgrade whatever equipment they may have
