Re: Ntl Webspace help
Are you getting an error message when you upload or are you thinking it's not deleting as your webspace isn't updating?

Re: Ntl Webspace help
have you tried Ctrl & F5 ? to force your cache to refresh first, sometimes it is gone but your computer is using the old NTL one.
ik
EDIT: where is your site, so that we can check if it has gone?

Re: Ntl Webspace help
Dunno if this helps, but I just use I.E to upload stuff to my homepage, using the following the link.
Code:
ftp://USERNAME:PASSWORD@upload.ntlworld.com/

Re: Ntl Webspace help
I had this the other day when playing with my webspace - I couldn't delete a folder. I just tried it and although I can rename the folder I can't delete it, getting the error '550 File exists', despite their being nothing in the folder. (Using XP's "network places" for ftp access)

Re: Ntl Webspace help
thegingthing: Your first file needs to be named index.html or index.htm and has to be all in lower case in order for it to register as the default page.
Keytops: If you upload a file that starts with a period it will not be visible but will still prevent folders being deleted (see http://www.cableforum.co.uk/board/sh...ad.php?t=24891)
