Going Over Download limit

Hi, is there any charge if we over the download limit? I've got 1 mb with 3gb limit but i feel like i'm already overlimit. When i enquired before joining NTL, the person said that NTL will send a leter or ring that i've gone overlimit and to control it, but after going through a few forums and reading i donno if that is true or i will be charged?

Welcome to the forum.

You won't be charged at the present time, and by all accounts you would be lucky to get a letter too.

This will not always be the case though, stick around and take a look at a few of the threads in the ntl section.

Re: Going Over Download limit

Welcome to the forums indeed.
As has been said, the cap (download limit) isnt really being inforced at the moment unless you were repeatedly going overboard.
In due course, it will be, but no one knows exactly when as yet.
