Order PremPlus Online

Information from ntl regarding PremPlus Online:-

The PremPlus 2005 - 2006 Season starts on 13th August.
There's a huge number of football fans out there wanting to get their hands on their PremPlus Season Ticket for just ÃƒÆ’Ã†â€™ÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â€šÂ¬Ã…Â¡ÃƒÆ’Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£50 and until today they have only been able to call us to get their ticket.
In order to reduce the number of calls coming into our call centres from all the eager football fans we have created an online order facility.

How does it work?

It's easy, customers can either:
- Go to www.ntl.com and select the Television link.
- Then they simply need to click on the PremPlus link on the right hand side of the page

Or

- Go to the PremPlus microsite on www.ntlworld.com. This can be accessed by clicking any of the PremPlus banners that are across the site and they will be directed here: http://www.ntlworld.com/sport/premplus.php?cust=ntlworld_jul_mpu
- From here there is a link that says "Click here subscribe online!"
Either way, the customer is brought to a page which asks them is they are an existing Digital TV customer or not and they just need to click on the correct link.
Customers will then need to enter their postcode and they will be taken through to the order page to enter their details.
If they are an existing customer the channel will be added within 48 hours and they will receive an email confirming their order.
If they are not an existing customer they will need to have the service installed and the channel will then be available to them.

How long will customers be able to order PremPlus online?

The online order facility will be available until 11th August.
It will then be removed as we cannot guarantee that any orders placed after that date will be activated in time the first match on Saturday 13th August.
Customers will still be able to call after the 11th August to get their Season Ticket.

Don't forget, customers need to get their Season Ticket before the first matches on Saturday 13th August otherwise they will miss out on some of the great action.

The ÃƒÆ’Ã†â€™ÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â€šÂ¬Ã…Â¡ÃƒÆ’Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£50 PremPlus Season Ticket is only available until 31st August, after that it will cost ÃƒÆ’Ã†â€™ÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â€šÂ¬Ã…Â¡ÃƒÆ’Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£80.

Going to have to give this a try as NTL have decided NOT to carry out what they have said in their letter to us at the beginning of July.

They said....

Needless to say - no call...........

Have just tried ringing the 0800 number on screen - go all they way through and then get told "sorry we're closed"........

By the way - is that a typo in the post above - I thought the cut off for the 50 quid offer was July 31st NOT as above August 31st. (It says July in our letter)......

I got an automated call last Monday from them about it.

Thanks for the info guys......tried signing up via the website and the "existing digital customer" link was not working......

Will ring them tomorrow......

I wonder how these automated calls would have worked with our answer machine......obviously not very well as they didn't leave a message!

True - However, on Channel:ntl its saying August 31st - August 31st was in the information I got from the other day from ntl. I've left a note with our official ntl contact, to seek some clarification on this. Watch this space.

Spoke to ntl this lunchtime - i was the 2nd person the agent had spoken to that morning who didn't get a call and couldn't get the website to work

However - agents info was August 31st so he's put it all through and its sorted.....

I saw a trailer for "Sky Digital" PremPlus this morning (you know the one - Cable Operator contact your local op) and they were still advertising at 50 quid.....

As mentioned enquired about this and ntl decided to extend the ÃƒÆ’Ã†â€™ÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â€šÂ¬Ã…Â¡ÃƒÆ’Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£50 offer. The website didn't reflect this until it was updated today. The ÃƒÆ’Ã†â€™ÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â€šÂ¬Ã…Â¡ÃƒÆ’Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£50 offer is until August 31st.
