upgrade to 1MB and back to 300k?

upgrade to 1MB and back to 300k?

Hey everyone. Is it possible to upgrade from my 300k connection to 1MB just to try and if i dont like it, can i go back to 300k? I'm just not sure weather the 5GB cap is enough. Are the caps in force? Thanks alot.
