Outlook Express and ntl

I have just installed ntl broadband, have set up 2 e-mail address in ntl, and added these into Outlook Express, together with 2 Identities. However, all the incoming e-mail goes to the first address I set up. Any ideas - ntl says the problem is with my Outlook Express

Re: Outlook Express and ntl

Go to manage identities in the file menu I think you can sort it out from there, (I use incredimail myself but only have my own NTL address and Hotmail to deal with).

By the way to the site

Re: Outlook Express and ntl

Go to File, Identies to set up each identity you want. While you're in each identity go to Tools, Accounts, Mail, Add to add the email accounts for each identity in turn. Switch between identies with File, Switch Identity.

From what you say it sounds like you added all the accounts into just one of the identities.

Great advice from cookie, so all sorted now. It turns out you need to set up the identity first, and switch to that identity before setting up the e-mail address.
