Re: Changing call divert number?
Its usually a phone setting.
Have a look through the menus on your phone

Re: Changing call divert number?
On Nokia (6230) it's under Settings, Call Settings, Call Divert
Then select the appropriate one - probably Divert if not answered which would normally divert to your voicemail box

Re: Changing call divert number?
Looking at the original post, and the forum this is in, I'd hazard a guess that the OP is talking about NTL call divert, i.e. diverting calls FROM an NTL landline to his/her new mobile. Someone will hopefully be along with the answer.

Re: Changing call divert number?
*70 < number to divert to>
#70 < to cancel>
You pay for the diverted part of the call.

Re: Changing call divert number?
It might be safer to follow Roy's link, click on the 'visit our tariff and user guide' link, and enter your post-code. The reason being that there are different Welcome Packs, with POSSIBLY different instructions for different areas.
