one of the things i like about outlook is , that you can put it in the sytem tray ,
at the moment i use pop peeper so i can have the email check every 10 mins .you just cant do that with outlook express ,but you can with outlook and it has a calender reminder ect ,,

Re: is outlook downloadable
I got Outlook packaged with a SVC C500 mobile phone from Orange if you have a dealer nearby you could pop in and ask if there is a possibility of a purchase and at what price.
You can only try !

What version of Front Page is it? I have Office 2003 (my work have signed up for 'Microsoft Employee Purchase Program', which means I can can a legimate & licences copy of 2003, as long as I use it & have a license at work - and it only cost me £16!)
However, I do not have a copy recent copy of Frontpage - and am using Frontpage 2000 - so not sure what added value this latest verison (if it is latest) will have.

and that would be.......... (going ever so slightly off-topic - sorry)
Front page is becoming a pain, as pags created in it work fine on explorer, but not Firefox.

Re: is outlook downloadable
If you can afford Office with Front Page, go buy Dreamweaver too, its an absolutely excellent package, I am using it just now
