well seen as NTL say in my area they will be replacing the routers in the next few years from cisco to juniper ones i should think they will have inbuilt monitering proccedures............

Where do they say that?

AFAIK from Ptarmigan's posts, Motive just took over the existing Broadjump automatic installation/cockup software (Correct Connect etc), and ntl use that, therefore they now use Motive software, but just not the software the article's about.

Junipers don't have any more bandwidth monitoring built in than Ciscos, we can monitor bandwidth per CM on either quite easily.
