file conversion to 3GPP.

file conversion to 3GPP.

im wanting to convert a MPG/AVI to 3GPP and have been sucessful, the files will play fine on my pc but not on my 6230i, i have looked at the audio encoding on the file and its in the supported AMR format.

so im at a loss as to why i hear no audio on my 6230i anyone have a suggestion ?

Why not make a test clip with mp3 encoded sound?

never done it for a 3G phone but maybe you had some bitrates set high or stereo instead of mono if the phone will only support mono.

Just a thought as my ngages are picky on this
