Antialiasing not working in Flight Simulator 2002
It works in all my other games.
I have enabled it in the game and the drivers, trying combinations of both.
The game plays just with no AA.
Any ideas?
cheers.

What level of anti-aliasing are you setting?

Geforce 3?
I wouldn't bother having AA on with a Geforce 3, even my Geforce 4 used to lag at it's max (which was 4x).

Actually all GeForce 3 Ti series will be at least twice as fast as your GF4 MX and support a better DX level.

I hate it when companies use lower numbers for something that is actually faster

Re: Antialiasing not working in Flight Simulator 2002
No AA works, even 2x in FS2002.
As I say, AA works in everything else although it makes Far Cry and Doom 3 completely unplayable at 1280x1024 resolution.
My TFT is 1280x1024 native so I pretty much have to play at that res.

Re: Antialiasing not working in Flight Simulator 2002
I've tried it set on in both the game and drivers, just the drivers and just the game.
I know it has worked in the past a couple of years ago so I really can't explain it.

Re: Antialiasing not working in Flight Simulator 2002
40. something drivers work but bring problems I thought I'd got rid of ages ago, namely text looking awful in games and heads up displays in fighter sims being unreadable.
Any idea of the latest drivers I could use that don't have these problems?
Cheers.
