Re: Picture size problems

Oops! It appears there are more areas apart from those I mentioned above that don't have the new code yet. I don't have a full list of where it is and isn't.

Re: Picture size problems

I'm not sure whether or not you'll get the 'updated' box displayed.

If you check the version number (whilst watching TV, press PageUp, PageDown, Blue, then go to third page) it should read 3_1L_P4N_N-S2100. The old version is 3_1L_P3N_N-S2100.

Re: Picture size problems

Ive had this problem on both the Pace box and the Samsung SMT 2100c box, all channels viewed via Cable are "zoomed in" compared to analogue Tv reception. Looking at the pics in the sticky I think Im in the "Bromley" category- "Old name: "Bromley Maintenance Release 1"
Ver. code: Bromley 3."
(Im actually in Leeds, whats this Langley/Bromley business all about?!) Its something I thought was part and parcel of the Cable Signal, have messed around with the TV but no effect, also done a reboot. So Can I get this sorted by calling faults ? Just checked the sw and its 3_1_1_P2N_N_S2100 which Im assuming is older than either of the above s/w versions? I use a Thomson 28" Widescreen model 28WR22U
