I'm Nvidia through and through, but ATI's technology should be kicking Nvidias ass and it isnt.
It has to be poor drivers, theres no other explanation.
However Nvidia make very powerfull budget cards and thats why i love them so much.

try this , look on the labs section , it seems to give a good comparison of cards

Very nice card - its the daddy of all cards at the moment i mite geth the fx 5600 256mb bit cheaper lol!
and the ati 9800 pro 256mb isnt worth the dosh might aswell just get the 128mb one and www.tomshardware.com is a good place to read up about cards!

i have the geforce fx 5200 built into my new laptop, its pretty nice
Havent tried many games on it though but most stuff runs smooth, the chameleon demo works nicely, however some others run jerky (the fire demon demo or whatever).
I plan on getting 3dmark soon to test it out properly  Does anyone know where i can get the old 2002/01 version of whatever it was? I cant seem to find any links

I have to agree with Lord Nikon there ive got a TFT Flat panel monitor with an nvidia Geforce 4 graphics card. Works very nice
