A bit of a random question I know, but in front of your hostname what does cpc mean?

Not sure what the actual cpc stands for, but it's basically the dhcp range you are using on your UBR.

CPC stands for Cable-modem Public Class (or it did last time someone explained) It used to be just PC, but a distinction between CM and STB was later added. Public Class being a public range of Class C IP addresses.

You can have more than one public class c (i.e. 81.99.128.x) on one UBR interface, cos it can have more than 254 customers.
