and if so many people are ******ed off with the service and vote with their feet then ntl will have to act on it , just dont be surprised that the majority of ppl are happy with the service and therefore wont cancel / dont want to cancel , dont forget , a site like this was built on customer dissatisfaction ( i know it is not its direction now ) so therefore more ppl will come here with complaints , as i see it , if ntl was so woefully bad it would have gone out of business a long time ago

because people will put up with crap service too much hassel to cancel look at all the posts were people have tried to cancel and cant get through or have cancel and still get billed like in the local paper tonight
were they were taking legal action if bill is not paid.

ok , but dont you think the gazette ( i know which paper you are on about ) likes a good story , it sells papers for them , that is all they are interested in as far as i am concerned , sorry but as i see it , it is dead easy to cancel if you dont like the service , then it is upto ntl to go chasing you for your custom
