In Tivimate it's very quick, I go into settings click hide everything and then unhide the groups I want it takes 2 minutes, you can also try the free epg service called EPGenius which will reduce the playlist.

Re: IPTV Services
I can't load trex into tivimate because it's provider provided app, it's their own modded version. The lack of epg on trex didn't bother me so much as I generally look on liveonsat, liversoccertv, mytele app, tvguide

If you used the same seller as me you will get a username, password and DNS that's all you need to use any app, you don't need to use the apps they offer and why would you even want to.

Because it's free. It's money I spend on the heating.

Ok I guess you're stuck with it then Mr tight arse!
What you could do and is often normal to do is if you buy Trex you ask the seller to edit the playlist so you just have the English stuff and don't get anymore specific with that request.

Re: IPTV Services
Pro-IPTV sent me a link to edit the playlist. It had the ability to enable disable by country not individual folders.

That's new to me, previously I would just ask to please remove all none English groups and move UK to the top of the playlist, I believe strong has something similar now too but I just do it in 2mins in Tivimate or I use EPGenius to get a auto updating specialised playlist to get rid of the crap because I don't need 54000 TV channels. lol
I don't need to buy again until early next year so I'll see what I get then.

Strong is considered the slightly better service but lately it has been having alot of issues and brief downtime, so Trex is more reliable when it goes pear shaped.
On Trex Multiview seams to work well on 2 streams at once but falls over with 3.
On Strong Ive tested 4 streams at once with little lag, this is how it looks in Tivimate, it could be useful for watching lots of football.

I've currently got multiview for main event and F1 both in UHD. Tivimate is a nice app

Re: IPTV Services
Tivimate seems totally crippled unless you pay for "Premium".

Re: IPTV Services
Yup there's no modded APK for tivimate neither. Either buy it or hope your provider has it.
OTT navigator on the other hand has on platinmods.

Yes best to pay for Premium lifetime via their Android companion app, it's a one off approx £30 fee which you can use on 5 devices, it also gives you access VOD and multiple play lists.
One thing I will say is DONT get premium via the Google play store because it's a yearly subscription.

Best to buy the official app, you get more features and can change your DNS when it stops working.

Yes there is no way around that.
Tivimate isn't really made for phones or tablets though, however I use it on both my tablets just fine.
I use it on my main Thomson 270 box and Firestick Max, 2 Android Tablets and my parents Firestick 4K.
