The split is working well.
One thing I've found tough is sugar cravings. Once taken in my well being stabilises. I've got to better manage sugar intake. Weird as it's not an overload issue more so a insufficiency issue. I've literally gone cold turkey which isn't good.

Well done that's my maximum weight that I fluctuate to when weighing myself each weekend but I'm 5ft11 and want to lose a bit.

Thanks  The fails I had doing it alone was grueling. I like this approach.
I couldn't finish your burger and chips meals. I can't even get interested in such portions.
