Yes that 'saggy skin' can be awkward, however I'm sure there are surgeons that can put that right when you've finished the weight loss stuff

I've scared myself. I used to question 1 portion of rice is half a bag of those microwave rice bags. Now I understand it's plenty enough. My portion size has dropped soo much. Nothing is textbook. I have to listen to my body demands still it's nowhere near my old portion sizes even on days demands are to eat a little more.
