The local one doesn't do them, and ASDA and Tesco are only selling them again this year.

I have asked our daughter to call the District Nurse who will be here for the missus on Tuesday. They used to give flu and covid jabs to housebound patients, and that describes the missus at the moment due to her looking like a mummy from the knees down.

If they are doing the jabs, we might all get them at the same time.

We were told this morning that only ONE mobile nurse is doing flu and covid jabs this year, and she has to do all the retirement homes first. Fully booked until late November.

nightmare mate that is terrible. They keep hassling me to have one but I do not trust them and would need to know it is not MRNA (they have not been yet so far) Never having another MRNA jab again

BBC (and others) are very good at 'rewriting' TV history and removing all the bits that are now considered problematic.

Now the problem is that everything is so clean, sterile and safe that kids grow up thinking they're living in Fantasia . . . until they experience their first 'hurty words' and immediately go into meltdown

Only one proposed flu jab is MRNA and it is not being accepted by most countries.

Mega stressed out
My daughter is in hospital with an infection caused by a nipple piercing of all things. Infection markers high lots of symptoms IV antibiotics . So it is obvious what I am worried about and my anxiety is heightened because I lost a friend to sepsis earlier this year

She has been sat in chair on a drip all night. They turned the lights off at 2am. She still feels rough on pain killers . I am not coping with the stress at all

The reason I am so worked up is because when she told me yesterday she said the words "I have never felt so ill in my life" and she come close to death due to 2 incidents where she bled out after giving birth and earlier this year a friend of mine was admitted into hospital with an infection 3 days later she was dead from sepsis and the last words she said to me were "I have never felt so ill in my life" so I am spiralling in an almost constant mild panic attack

Feel for you.

Not sure if this will help you but when my partner feels anxious she sits outside, it kind of grounds her, I know its different for you now but it stops her feeling overwhelmed, it might help you.

I do walk around the garden and watch the birds it does help :-)
