The video, which has been viewed more than 120,000 times, shows the woman using a tool to cut wires connecting the equipment to the traffic-light system, while a man stands below her…
… In posts shared online, the Blade Runners describe the "electronic assault weapons” as “illegal battlefield derived technology” and allege that manufacturers and authorities have misled the public about its purpose and safety.
The group also disputes the suggestion that the equipment is simply used to detect pedestrians or assist with traffic flow.
According to the Blade Runners, the devices can "kill humans when focusing on a target".
However, the medical and technological claims made by the group have not been independently established and remain allegations made by the Blade Runners.

Social media is warping people's brains. It's talked about, but not enough. It's radicalising people and distorting their perception of reality. Even if people don't get as far as this, it's making them angrier. People are getting angry at groups and things that they don't actually run into in the real world.

My head started to get warped in my early 20's, and has progressively got worse by trying (and failing) to understand just what the Government(s) have been trying to do since then.
I think life in general is merely guesswork . . as in 'guess what's going to screw you up next' 
. . and don't get me started on satellite dishes and the way their signals weaken the mortar in my brickwork and warp my roof trusses
