Re: Any insight veltech tvs
Well despite your opinion, searches seem to suggest they (veltech) are generally considered to be quite good.

Is it a small tv you want ? all the veltech models seem to have freely. Check the returns policy on TV in case you do not like it

Ok this really weird. When it died I tried to restart it both on remote and box . Didn't work
changed the fuse which worked on kettle ! Changed the power lead nothing. Next day half awake, I pressed the remote and it worked

That is the same restriction I have, but I prefer a smaller screen, just as I don't like sitting in the front row of the cinema.
Veltech are assembled in Port Talbot, and have controls that prevent too high a volume level being used and can limit the number of channels viewable, so are often sold to hotels.

Thanks basically , I use it to watch the news , when I am sorting out my food. So as long as it works via bb it's fine however I like things to last Hence my question. As an aside does freely work in the same way as Freeview by that I mean list of channels that you click on . Not all the messing of streaming.

All-in-One Guide: It combines live TV channels with catch-up and on-demand shows from major UK broadcasters like the BBC, ITV, Channel 4, and Channel 5 into a single electronic TV guide.
