I just press a button on my tablet and circle the image for results, I hate AI but for things like this it comes in very handy.
AI is ruining the internet though with it's Google search results, meaning websites are losing clicks.

You could play with all sorts of stuff to try and get that (those) out, only to find there's nothing you can fix or replace in there.
Tamper proof usually means chuck it and buy another

Are you the type of person that doesn't know how to fix stuff?
Or maybe Tamper Proof means Carth Proof. . There is no Macgyver in you.

*cough* I thought it was thenry that would be 'attempting' the operation, not me
I await the results with . . . . excitement

Anyone have any ideas how to keep headphone ear pads from disintegrating?

Google seems to suggest clean them after each use to remove sweat and skin oils.
I know the problem it happened on my Pulse playstation headset with plastic ear muffs, on my Steelseries the muffs are fabric so doesn't seem to have been a problem so far as I never clean them.
You can likely buy replacements easily if it does happen though.

The extractor above the hob, quite easy really - took the old one down and put the new one up. All fixed and working and some brownie points in the bank for future use. Even got extra points for tidying tools away without be reminded
