Re: What are you reading?
Just started ' Dreadfulwater' (yes that's how it's written) by Thomas King.
Apparently it's book one in in an 8 (or 9 ) book series, I may have to go searching

Re: What are you reading?
Finally got round to starting Neal Asher - Dark Diamond (cheers Hugh)
On the agenda after that is probably a revisit to 'The Chronicles of Thomas Covenant', mentioned by someone on here a while ago. Read them years ago and recently found them (cough) online as epubs.

I have a quick glance at it, but there's rarely now anything of interest to me . . . and most of it is repeats or 'rewrites' of a story

Re: What are you reading?
Feel I'm struggling with The Chronicles of Thomas Covenant, I was looking forward to a re-reading but don't think my head is in the right frame of mind for a long saga. I may just take it in stages between other books . . .
. . which leads me into the current book, Joe Abercrombie - The Blade Itself (1st book of the 'First Law' trilogy)

Re: What are you reading?
Just burnt through the "The Lost Fleet" series (6 books) by Jack Campbell - easy reading…
Service Model by Adrian Tchaikovsky - had to push myself through the first couple of chapters, then got into it, and enjoyed it by the end.
Now reading The Mortons by Justine Larbalestier & Scott Westerfeld - really liking it.
