I've bought a house ( for my son). No other way anyone from his generation will afford one.
However he now expects me to paint it, and do all the maintenance... Tried to explain that i'm not the landlord. Bless him !

i closed the bank of dad in 2017 when i retired but in 2018 opened the bank of granddad
