no andrew i just don't care, he's being attacked by political opponents trying to make political gains,it's all waffle and b/s, let's wait and see the results of the investigation rather than go straight to the hanging tree with a length of rope.

The point that we're are trying to get across to is that it is Farage's fans who are now attacking him.

But not as many as the Starmer fans that eventually had him slaughtered

Starmer threw his fans under the bus until there was no one left to support him.

Nigel Farage’s pay from gold dealer doubles to £22,500 an hour
Reform UK leader’s financial declaration comes amid continuing questions about £5mn gift
Reform UK leader Nigel Farage has declared his biggest single payment as an MP, receiving £270,000 from a bullion dealer, double his fee from 2025.
Farage was paid the money for 12 hours of work from Direct Bullion, a gold marketer for which he is a brand ambassador, according to the register of interests published on Tuesday.
The anti-EU politician, whose rightwing Reform UK party is leading opinion polls, has faced questions in recent weeks over his acceptance of a £5mn gift from cryptocurrency billionaire Christopher Harborne.
That gift was not declared in Farage’s parliamentary register, prompting an investigation by the commissioner for standards. Farage has said the gift, given shortly before he became an MP, was not related to politics and did not need to be registered.
His sizeable outside income has led opponents to challenge his image as a representative of left-behind voters.
Reform UK did not immediately respond to a request for comment on the Direct Bullion payment.
The latest payment is equivalent to an hourly rate of £22,500, double what the gold dealer paid him in October 2025.
He received £91,200 for four hours of work for the company in January 2025. Nine months later, he received £135,000 for an estimated 12 hours of work spread out across three months.

Re: Reform UK's chronicles
Quite obviously dealing in gold bullion is a very profitable market, it's a pity the UK has very little left

Well done Farage. I hope nobody's begrudging him his earnings.

Not according to their last couple of years accounts - equity* of £2 million and £2.6 million in the last two years…
Quite generous of them to be paying someone over ten percent of the value of their equity for twelve hours work in a year…
* the value of a business once any liabilities (what it owes) are deducted from its assets (what it owns).

Oh, come on - what is he doing for Direct Bullion that is worth £22,500 per hour?
I’m sure it’s purely coincidental that the owner of Direct Bullion is the Chief Strategy Officer of Stack BTC, Kwasi Kwarteng’s crypto company, that Farage invested around £285,000 in this year …

Re: Reform UK's chronicles
A lot of people keep saying that Farage is the type of person that can fool anybody, so it's no surprise if he persuaded a fool to pay that sort of wage on an empty promise
. . . or it's blackmail

Frankly - none of our business, though perhaps 1% commission on £22.5 million win. Well done Farage.

Re: Reform UK's chronicles
All those gullible nobodies with no financial acumen who think that someone pays someone else else £22,500 per hour for no visible output or results, but the someone else just happens to big up the crypto company that the someone works for…
