Sky on demand and subtitles

Started watching Ponies on Atlantic last night from a recording. All good and subtitles fine.

Decided to watch further episodes on demand but sky haven't supplied subtitles which is rather annoying.

Why does this still happen?

Bear in mind that the series has already been shown in the USA.

Other shows are fine e.g. Task.

Re: Sky on demand and subtitles

Don't know if it's the case here, but sometimes they have different edits of the same programme for timing purposes, and they don't prepare subtitles for them all

Re: Sky on demand and subtitles

The on-demand version still has breaks... Well goes to the sky sting and back to the show.

Doesn't seem fair that some viewers are excluded.
