Re: Moans and Pet Hates
Looks like I have a slow puncture, I left work at 10pm and got a low pressure warning on a rear tyre so pulled over and checked it. It was 5.5psi instead of 32! So got the electric pump out and filled it up, drove home 15 miles without anymore low tyre warnings and will check it again in the morning.
I'm surprised it didn't trigger the warning at something like 28psi so I'm confused how it got so low and was still able to drive home after filling it.

It's flat this morning so looks like I'll pump it up and try and get it fixed or replaced before work at 1pm. What a ball ache!
Edit
Failed to get it replaced early enough for work at 1pm, I tried to put the space saver on but couldn't release atleast one of the wheel nuts so I'm going to pump it up before work and again after work and hope it will be OK, the cars booked in at 8.45 for a replacement. Worst case if the tyre gets worse I will call the RAC out but don't really want to do that.

Re: Moans and Pet Hates
Two of mine were near the end of their life and a third was slowly failing (bulge in the wall apparently) so I splashed out today on a complete new set of four - the second time I've changed all four on this car.

Re: Moans and Pet Hates
Todays is bad IT support groups
On a Facebook group just had a guy advise a chap to slow format an SSD before cloning another disk to it .
Those here that know will see how utterly ridicules that advice is on a few levels
Ironically he posted that straight after I had posted about how so many on that group should not be offering advice

All sorted, there was a large bolt near the edge of the tyre.
