ITV X

We watch shows on ITV X on a regular basis on the none premium service and until about a week ago we could fast forward through the ad breaks but now it says in the top right corner of the screen something like Not Available when we try to fast forward.
Anyone else having this issue.

Re: ITV X

Are you using the V6 or 360 box? Have you changed service recently?

Re: ITV X

We are using the most current box, 360 and its mini box in a separate room. As for service all we have done is renew our contract for exactly the same service. This was a couple of weeks ago.

Re: ITV X

The skippable ads on ITV X was part of old legacy packs. As you've renewed recently, that has been removed.

Re: ITV X

Skippable ads on ITV-X were indeed part of the Maxit package, but were removed when the newer Mega tier was launched.

Any recordings you make from ITV1, ITV2, ITV3 or ITV4 allow for skipping through adverts.
