Hey Dues how are ya??
I wanted to tell you my computer fixed itself!!!
I booted up and got an error (explorer (It didnt read the reg right (which it does alot))) and I rebooted... Then it restored a good registry.....
When It re-booted,everything was fixed!!!!! (The Menu width, etc)
I have no idea why it messed up in the first place or why it chose to correct itself when it restored this reg...
This poor computer has been thru hell.. The place that had it before me didnt take care of it well and it had even more problems...... Memory issues,etc.....
I cant say how long it will stay fixed because I have no idea what happend to fix it,etc......

The only thing I can think SNOOP is earlier today I deleted TTFCACHE .. Could that have fixed it buddy??
The file has been since re-created but CACHE FILES can cause problems......
I was gonna mark SHELLICONCACHE and TTFCACHE 'read only' so they cant be changed..... Would that work???
Computers are a mystery!!

Re: Whats causing this dudes??
As you have previously been advised;
Stop messing with your system and just ignore it, its not doing any harm.

Paul I have someone helping me like crazy on EMD.... I saw a thread titled "Computer questions" with a last reply in 2002 so I added my reply and its amazing mate!!
I told him the file isnt listed in DOS and he said it must be,probably as a different name.......
So I went to the system directory and did this in DOS
dir /A:H > C:\www.txt
Thats listed HIDDEN files in that folder and 1 of them is the 0k!!
˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙ ˙˙-
Thats the filename in DOS!!
I cant delete it... I tried putting in del ˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙* and it says file not found.. I tried the whole name and it says too many Parameters......
This guy is amazingly smart,I cant believe it Paul!!
Here is the thread if ya wanna see it
www.emaildiscussions.com/showthread.php?t=7036
Now we just gotta figure out how to delete this!!!

Stop deleting files that you don't know what they are for.

I'm sick of his nonsense. He's annoying the hell out me and I can't understand why he keeps posting his pointless questions and comments that he never seems take to heart. I think he's a trouble maker for the sake of it.

I have wanted to correct this error for years and didnt know how... Whats wrong with someone helping me??
Why are you being so mean to me??
If you had a file like this you would want it gone also!! (You wouldnt want your computer having things wrong)
Please dont look at me badly ok??
